Firstly it is very important to understand the clients' needs and get the clients needs attended to as quickly and efficiently as possible. If the team is wrong, to get the results will take a lot longer and be more costly if the results are obtained at all.

We have seen many instances where the client’s in desperate situations are taken advantage of by the very people that have been hired to assist and protect them.
