A Police Clearance Certificate, or PCC, is a certificate issued by the Criminal Record Centre of the South African Police Services which is a record of your convictions.


This official document is used to verify your current criminal status for immigration purposes or for working abroad, as it serves to prove the applicant is of sound character and is not deemed to be an undesirable person in terms of the law of the host country.

How does this work?


Payment of the full amount is made into the Standard Bank Escrow account. This amount is then held in escrow until such time as the following two tasks are completed:

  • Payment of R 1 250.00 is released to us once proof of the application has been submitted to you.

  • The balance of the R 1 250.00 is released upon delivery of the certificate to you.
