DECEASED ESTATE NIGHTMARE

In these tough times and with all the statistics of the Coronavirus pandemic, the last thing any body wants to think or even talk about is what happens when a loved one dies.

It’s the hardest discussion to even have where you have to pre plan the possibility of someone very close to you passing away but the one reality we will never escape is death. We like to believe it as the next journey but whilst we will all hopefully go to a better place, we have to take into account what happens to our loved ones when we leave this earth.

As with anything in life, its better to just tackle it head on and do what you can about it and then get to focus on living!

So instead of side stepping this process its better to get it done and done properly so that its off your mind and will be the last thing you ever think about if you ever end up lying on that hospital bed, when that would rather be the time to rather focus on your family rather than your worries.

What can you do about it now?

Well what you do is stop side stepping the issue and get your will and estate in order!

We obviously can assist with this and will be posting a few articles to show the requirements of what are required in a Will and the repercussion of not dealing with this topic properly.

We will also be discussing what is experienced by families who have to try and manage the estates after the inevitable. The hardest part being that of communication between them and the executor and never knowing what is really going on! COMMUNICATION!! This is the most important requirement of any executor and more importantly, communication that the families can understand.

As morbid as this may sound, we are passionate about the topic of estates and really believe it is possible to take control and make this a pleasant process whereby the family can focus on grieving and the good memories they have created with their loved ones rather than end up fighting with the executor of the estate which further leads to fighting in the family because no one knows what is going on.
